1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (mengmengtools.com), purchasing a license, or using the "Us vs. Them — Product Comparison Table Builder" Figma plugin ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant & One-Time Payment Model

Us vs. Them is NOT a subscription service.

Upon paying the one-time fee of $19 USD (or prevailing promotion price on Gumroad), you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the Pro version of the Software within your Figma account.

• Permitted Uses: You may use tables generated by the Software for unlimited personal, agency, freelance, and client commercial projects (e.g., website landing pages, pitch decks, SaaS pricing comparisons).
• Single-User License: Each license key is intended for use by a single individual or seat. Sharing keys publicly or on shared torrents is strictly prohibited.

3. Free Edition Scope & Soft Paywall

The Free edition of the Software allows users to evaluate core capabilities using the Clean Wireframe theme for up to 6 rows of table data. If a free user attempts to generate a table with more than 6 rows or selects a Pro theme, the Software initiates a non-destructive preview mode with a top badge labeled 🔒 PRO PREVIEW · UNLOCK $19. Removing this badge and exporting full commercial tables requires purchasing a Pro license key.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including plugin source code, algorithms, visual styles, and documentation) are owned by mengmengtools.com.

You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of the data, text, and proprietary table content you input into the Software, as well as the vector graphics generated on your Figma canvas.

5. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or disassemble the plugin code;
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or license keys as a standalone product;
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent the licensing security checks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure seamless compatibility with modern versions of Figma, we cannot warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted under all third-party environmental conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall mengmengtools.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Software ($19 USD).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
